How do OCF Points work?
You earn points by completing workouts, logging meals, and engaging with the app. Points convert to real charitable donations — visit the Give tab to see your balance and convert points to dollars for the causes you care about.
When are donations actually sent to charities?
Donations are processed quarterly. Your points are converted to a dollar amount and tracked in real time in the app, and the actual transfer to charity partners happens once per quarter to keep transaction costs low and maximize impact.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
OCF Pro subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → One Condition Fitness to view, change, or cancel your plan.
I didn't receive my confirmation email.
Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, you can request a new confirmation email from the sign-in screen. Still stuck? Email us at [email protected].
How do I delete my account?
Go to You → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, workout history, and personal data. Any pending donations you've already made are preserved and still processed as intended.
Does OCF connect to Apple Health?
Yes. With permission, OCF syncs steps, workouts, and heart rate data from Apple Health to keep your fitness history accurate and complete. You can manage this anytime in iPhone Settings → Privacy → Health.
